Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are print-on-demand, meaning each item is custom-made once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or buyer’s remorse.

We strongly recommend reviewing the product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence showing the issue

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

Once your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

We will cover all costs related to approved faulty items.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Items damaged due to improper use or washing
